He believes he is a versatile asset to the company, but in reality he is just someone who relentlessly complains and nags at everyone, such that it actually helps improve performance and cohesion (united against the irritant).

Uncle Sam is both a product manager and a communications manager in ShowNearby. He believes that while a product is made good, it also has to be communicated good. In his free time, Uncle Sam retreats back into his cave and waits with his broom to stave off any trespassers.
